They make you feel very comfortable! Questions are not absurd. They get to know you and determine how you would be a good fit for their company. Not a long drawn out process.

Long process: phone interview... few days... meet with HR... few days... meet with department head.. few days... then you hear back.
One high level security thing they required was my hand print - sent to FBI and a part of background check.
