Very simple. I was introduced through a staffing agency. (Verstela - Highly recommended)
My boss (I got the job) was very easy to talk to. I was over-qualified for the job, so my abilities weren't really in question. He just wanted to ensure I knew what the job entailed and was satisfied.

Did I understand the nature of the job. Again, I was way over-qualified, so he wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into. The Q&A was short. He liked me so we went straight into a plant tour. Once he was satisfied I would be comfortable, he told me he would have an offer drawn up.
