I recently went through two rounds of interviews with this company, and unfortunately, the experience left a very negative impression. Despite a follow up email asking for an update and/or feedback, I received no response. Getting “ghosted” after investing time and effort into preparing for interviews is both discouraging and unprofessional. It reflects poorly on the company’s respect for candidates and their overall hiring process. Even a brief update or rejection email would have demonstrated basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope the company takes steps to improve their candidate communication, as this experience has made me hesitant to consider future opportunities with them. I would advise other candidates to be cautious and manage expectations when applying here. It's also a RED FLAG that this company does not have an HR team.
