You arrive at the Carman Centre, sign in and wait in the foyer to be taken. Your interviewers will introduce themselves then take you into the interview space. You will be given a prioritisation task which should take about 40 minutes or so. The interviewers are great and will happily give any assistance needed before leaving you to focus on your task. The interviewers will come in half way through to see how you’re getting on and if you need anything. After the talk the interviewers will chat through the reasons you chose to prioritise the way you did. They will then commence the interview. Afterwards either the interviewers or a member of the recruitment team will be in touch.
