I was very keen to join this organization,,so attended the interview and the interview process is quite good,i have faced 5 rounds of interview including the HR,the HR negotiations are also done and the HR told me that she will sent me an offer in a week's time,but after a week when i enquired she is saying that the position gone for Hold,so we can not release an offer now....Finally i lost my 2 leaves, for attending these interviews and my manager also got upset because i missed 2 important meetings with my business teams because of this interview.... i lost my value in my current organization without any new offer...I am very disappointed with this organization...
