Entrevista
Was engaged by a corporate recruiter via LinkedIn. Followed by a telephone call. We went over my background and skills. The an initial culture fit prescreen was scheduled with two engineers. Then I was invited for technical screen onsite given by one of the directors of technology.

Write a rudimentary stock trades analysis algorithm in pseudo code, predicting the best time to trade stock provided historical price performance snapshots for a particular stock ticker.

Interviewer was not prepared. After talking with recruiter interview was scheduled with engineer. Probably there are two or three rounds. There was also lots of background noise. Lots of time they will stop responding.

Entrevista
All the rounds went well. In first round they asked about the basic concepts and some code in 2nd round they asked about project and some scenario based questions. 3rd and last round was the final round, that also went well but they gave me the reason that I missed leadership qualities which was very not relevant at all. The position which they were looking for I had all the qualities and still they didn't consider it. Didn't have a good experience interviewing with them.

Interviewer was taking interview from public park. There were kids crying in the background, it was very difficult to listen to the question. Even after mentioning about noise he declined to reschedule.
