      Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Cornerstone OnDemand.

      Entrevista

      CSOD is a good company, but I think due to their high level of growth they are missing the opportunity to help candidates feel valued during the recruitment process. All communications were via email to set up interviews and were a bit condescending in tone. The email communications were clearly templates. The initial interview was done via HireVue (virtual recorded interview tool), which felt a bit cold. Next interviews were a group phone interview (the individuals conducting the interview were professional and fine) and a web conferencing interview. I ended up accepting an offer with a different company so I did not proceed further with the interview process.

      Thank you for your feedback on your recent experience interviewing for a position at Cornerstone OnDemand. Our Client Success Team uses one of our partners, HireVue, to conduct initial video screening interviews with applicants. This allows them to ensure everyone that expressed interest in the role, with an applicable skillset, is offered the chance to participate in the first round of screening. They use a variety of questions to gauge a person’s knowledge of technology, talent management, and relationship management. There are also essay-type response questions that allow candidates to expand on some of the video based questions. We see a number of these cutting edge technologies in use by our clients and in our partner ecosystem so we believe exposure to this technology is essential as Client Success Managers provide both contextual and technical expertise. Upon selection, candidates are then scheduled with one or two managers and participate in telephone interview. Candidates are asked a variety of questions – many of which are behavior based. As with all interviews, we are listening for what is said and what is not said. This role is a remote position and relies on an individual’s ability to connect over the phone, over video conference, and via email or written communication. We don’t provide specific feedback to candidates if they were not selected, but generally hiring managers will pass along your resume to others based on your skillset and their assessment during the interview.
