I was a referral from an employee at Cornerstone OnDemand. The process was pretty simple, just like any other job interview process. I received a phone call from the woman in HR and we set a date for me to come in a interview. We set aside a window of time of 2 hours. I was given a packet with 3 questions. These are the type of questions that really make you think so that they can see the thought process you have. I forget the first question, but the 2nd question is; how many windows are there in New York? The 3rd question is mathematically related, but it tough to explain. I had 30 minutes with the first two interviewers, 30 minutes with the boss of the department and then another 30 minutes with two more interviewers. You get asked your basic questions about work ethic and what you like to do. Basically, if you work hard and fit in with the type of people that work here, you will fit in. I work with these people that hired me and they are great! After I left and they said I moved onto the next stage, I had to do a phone interview as a 'sales pitch'. Since I talk on the phone a lot for work, I had to talk about the product over the phone. It was nerve racking, but it goes well.

Phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews. Was very straightforward and easy questions were asked. People who interviewed me were very friendly and easy to get along with.

Process was fairly quick. I applied via the website and was contacted by HR a few days later for a brief phone interview and set an in person interview at HQ in Santa Monica the following week.

After sending my resume in I was then contacted by a Manager who had told me a Hiring manager would reach out to me. The hiring manager seemed to rush through the emails exchanged between us as she had not taken the time to answer my questions about prepping for the interview I also waited for an NDA that had not arrived. Once in the interview i had gone through 3 rounds of questioning with 3 different pairs of people. After the last pair I sat in the room for 10 minutes until the last person came back in and handed me a quiz. She had instructed me that there would be 30 minutes to take the quiz then she would come back, collect the quiz and walk me back up to reception where I would sign an NDA. Once the 30 minutes where up, I had waited another 30 minutes for her to return until deciding I would walk back up to reception. I gave reception the names of a few of the people who had interviewed me in an attempt to give them back their quiz. No one came back up to great me. As I was about to leave one of the employees walked by and took the quiz. I Inquired a week and a half later about the status of my interview, they had decided to move on with other candidates.
