Initial phone screening by the hiring manager and then a final Panel interview
(Individual interviews with various department heads). Straightforward process and very friendly interview. Later called in a 10 days to before they sent the offer

Based on experience. Asked to explain certain scenarios from our past experience. Like, explain when you were proved wrong or explain when you had to tell your manager was wrong kind of questions.

First round was a virtual screening, second round was a virtual interview with the hiring manager, third round was in person on-site with 4 different people. Overall process took about 3-5 weeks.

They contacted me for an interview I went there and it consists of two parts one typical interview and a technical exam to evaluate process and controls engineering.
A suggestion is to prepare yourself only on Omron PLC software as they base your automation "expertise" only on your domain of this software.
