I had a recorded screening call with HR. I was invited to interview with the hiring manager and the team. I was told the interview process will be 4 rounds.

The hiring manager was all over the place and such a mess with the questions he asked. The questions were more behavioral/situational and not focused much on the GRC side. He also mentioned I would be walking into a building that is on fire. Although, I was not moved forward to the final rounds, I was not going to accept the job since it paid way below (30-40%) market value and a lack of leadership. 2 months later the 2 GRC positions are still open... I wonder why
