Very disappointing hiring process. I was reached out for an initial interview by HR on Monday. I scheduled the interview for Thursday and moved plans around to be sure I was available for the interview. On the day of, I received an email 30 minutes prior to the interview saying they are cancelling it and moving forward with other candidates. I was extremely disappointed because had I done this, I would have been deemed unprofessional. I responded back to the recruiter's email stating how disappointed I was with the process and with the lack of notice. Of course, I received no response. Speaks volumes about the company.
