I applied online. Process took 3 weeks. Overall, the recruiter seemed a little awkward and shy which didn't make for the best interview. For a simple phone screen, I was a little surprised with the number of questions I was asked (even though they were simple questions). There wasn't a real way to build rapport with the interviewer because they sounded quite robot-like. Received a rejection two weeks later.
