Applied online, heard back by text message, schedule interview. Whole process took about 3 days.
Applied for network engineer, brought me in and acted like I applied for help desk despite applying for network engineer (I confirmed on the phone as well). I quickly brought this up during the interview and the manager proceeded to deflect and provide excuses. Manager proceeded to explain the benefits help desk provides such as experience and mentioned a bonus system that he wouldn't explain how it worked. He quickly brushed off my previous experience working in a similar role as insignificant. Overall this left me a feeling of poor company culture and disappointment at the deception.
This seems like an alright place as its a low barrier to entry if you're desperate to break in, otherwise I would avoid, you can probably do better, even more so if you have good certs.
