The interview was typical for the position. I discussed my recent positions and previous experience as a receptionist in a medical office. I was asked to sit in and observe the other receptionists and how the office operations are implemented, however this was not beneficial for me personally. It was difficult to learn about a specific online and phone system without a hands-on experience. I have been in contact and offered an interview up to three times with this office and my application has been reviewed several times to no advancement.
