I first had an initial phone screen with the HR/recruiter lead, followed by a technical one on one interview with the hiring manager. Final round was a technical interview with multiple coworkers, which also assessed personality and fit.

I applied through my university, and received a phone call from HR a few weeks later that just was more or less like a hey are you for real? Yes, ok how about coming in for an interview? So I went, interviewed with the manager of my future department as well as the operations manager. Not a super technical interview, although I would definitely get familiar with cathodic protection system beforehand.
