Codility challenge followed by in person technical interview conducted by "technical" "team leader". As their product is just collecting meta-information about network traffic, I asked how they dealt with encrypted network traffic and her response was "oh, it's ok , we tap the network". When pressed, she didn't quite grasp that she wouldn't be able to decrypt traffic if she didn't have access to private key. Riiiight. The interviewer was technically weak and overall an indication of the poor technical standard in the company if that is who they present.
