I received an email to schedule a call, first call was very short and gave a short explanation of the position and described themselves as a tech company. They said they would email me about scheduling a second interview. After not hearing back, I emailed them about the second interview and then was given a scheduled time. Second interview was very short and not much detail given and described as a future sales position in the company instead of an underwriting position. I was told I would be emailed again about the position. I then reached out for more information regarding the interview process again after waiting some time because a similar thing happened the first they tried to schedule something. They didn’t respond about it and have yet to hear back. Title of position is misleading as it leads to a sales position and they don’t respond to emails.

I applied on the website, day 2 i received a email for an introduction this was then canceled at last minute which is understandable. We schedule a another time, this introduction went well. We actually spoke for the full 30 mins. I was then advised that the next step I should receive a interview from the hiring manager by the next day because she was fairly quick and then thereafter a 3rd interview with manager and team member. The day after my introduction call I receive an email thanking me for my application and that they have decided to pursue other candidates. So in short, I wasn't given the interview as promised.
