Had a positive interview with the recruiter and felt like I checked all of the boxes and was aligned on the role. Had an interview with a hiring manager. I thought that went fine in that I felt that I had sufficiently answered all of his questions and went into more detail about some of my experience, which from what I understood more than met their requirements for the role. Next day, received a generic rejection email with no feedback or rationale for this decision, which not only made no sense but kind of disrespectful for someone interviewing for a role at this level.
