Phone screen by HR (30 min) then follow-up zoom with SVP of BD (1 Hr). Post video calls traveled to Bridgewater NJ twice over three week period for in-persons (3 people each time). Fairly standard interview but process was awful and unprofessional. Whole thing took over 3 months and getting updates was like pulling teeth. They ended up hiring at the VP level - wasted 3 months of my time. Avoid.

The first round was a phone screen from HR, lasting 30 minutes, followed by a one-hour video chat with the SVP of Business Development. Post-video chat, I was invited to Bridgewater for the first round of in-person interviews, which consisted of three one-on-one sessions, each approximately one hour. Two weeks later, I was invited back for another set of three one-on-one interviews, which I had been told would be the final rounds and would hear back in the next few days. Several weeks passed, and the HR contact consistently avoided my emails and inquiries about the next steps. Ultimately, they ended up hiring at the VP level (several levels above the associate director role they were initially recruiting for). The experience came across as very unprofessional and showed a complete disregard for the time and resources I invested in this process. Complete waste of time.
