Very much contingent on your previous work and portfolio. If you've been writing on beauty-related topics elsewhere, and are able to talk about this, the interview is more a test of interpersonal skills, conscientiousness, etc. However, if you haven't been writing publicly elsewhere, you're likely to find it a bit of an uphill task not having any work to refer back to.

I had one interview and then I was asked to complete a written task. There was no further interview in the process. Was then contacted via email. Fair interview process and the interviewer was very nice.
