Interview was awkward. I felt like I had to lead the interview, and they seemed irritated I showed up on time to my interview. I was told the district manager would be present and they never showed up.

Over the phone and fairly easy. The hiring manager at the time was nice and made the interview comfortable. She asked me about my work history and why I was currently looking for work.

Very informal, was hired on the spot same day based on my availability, which I know now was a red flag because they were desperately trying to fill the spot of someone who just quit.
