I had a disappointing experience interviewing for a Programmatic role.
The overall process lacked consistency and clarity. The role scope shifted during the process, and I was encouraged to consider a more junior position while being reassured that I was still being strongly considered.
Given the urgency communicated, I made my decision quickly. However, communication significantly slowed afterward, with little to no updates despite multiple follow-ups. At the final stage, this felt misaligned with the expectations that had been set earlier and made the process difficult to navigate.
I understand the company is scaling rapidly, but a lack of timely and transparent communication, especially at later stages impacts the candidate experience more than expected.
Overall, while the opportunity initially seemed promising, the process itself did not reflect a well-structured or candidate-focused approach.

Entrevista
Very smooth process, took about 3-4 weeks for 3 rounds. The interviewers were friendly and asked great questions, without making it seem like an interview! I met with a hiring manager (phone), an account director (video), and a VP (video). Each were about 30min long.
