They first give you an application paper. You are told to write a topic in English for grammar evaluation. Then the interviewer calls you. He will ask for your papers, and start with the interview. The interview feels professional but casual too. The interviewer is very nice and friendly. He looks like he sincerely wants to meet you. I like the offer, but in the end I had to decline because I have to study on Fridays, and I'm not able to changed that yet.
