Interviewed, got to the last stage unsuccessful as the job I had applied to was above entry level and feedback was I was suited to entry level role. Feedback was good, answered questions well shown diagram and asked to analyse and give my own input assuming to see my style or thinking or how I approach a problem.

Assessment centre with 2 group exercises, one interview with a prepared presentation and some technical questions if applicable. Lunch provided with a tour of the office. Graduate share experience at the end.

nice interview engaging assessment centre, transport provided. Good feedback during group exercise, three staged interview, initial meeting, group exercise and later personal interview. some curve ball personal questions that can catch off guard if not prepared i.e who is your personal hero?
