Applied online, was then contacted via phone several weeks later for a interview. Completed first round with two mangers, got called back for a interview with the store manager. After the final interview, did a instant mouth swan drug test, and submitted information for a background check.
First interview was the hardest for sure, asked the most questions, though they seemed to be a list of questions the managers chose from.

They ask you personal questions about previous work experiences and what customer service means to you. It was easy sailing since it was rapport-building more than anything else. After this they tell you on the spot if you got the job or not.

Quick and easy. Basic questions about why you’d want to work there, availability and physical limitations. No trick questions to gauge personality or intelligence. Next round may be more in depth.

Interviewed with two managers the first interview where they asked situational questions. They were pretty common questions such as “how do you handle conflict, how do you prioritize work, etc”. Haven’t received a call back
