Interview 1 was with two managers. One was asking quiestions, other taking notes. They asked at least a dozen random ?s off a sheet. Answer best & honest as possible. You will get a date & time at end of interview for next interview w/higher mgmt if you pass.

few I was asked..How you deal w/a difficult employee, How u resolve conflict, describe time you compromised, when u went beyond your duties, what keeps u motivated, why u want this job, describe a challenge u had, how u manage your time, what u learned at current job,
It was a very transparent interview proccess. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The questions were straightforward and thoughtful. It wasn't a punt and I enjoyed myself in the process.

What was a time you encountered a stressful situation at work, and how did you handle it?
Did a phone interview and then did an in person interview with the hiring manager. The level of difficulty was average and the typical interview questions were asked and answered.
