Costco only really hires through family unless you're lucky. It was fairly quick and straighforward. I walked into admin and asked me general experience and what I did there. He asked a lot about my availability and flexibility.

I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.
