Costco asked for a ridiculous amount of personal information, specifically about my existing employer and their benefits. presumably so they could decide if I would accept their offer. Or so they could offer the least possible. No, I'm not interested in working for you!

Entrevista
I was contacted by a second party recruiter. Had a 30-minute screening phone call and then we meet for coffee to discuss the role. I had a 30-minute phone interview with the lead of the project. I was asked to come in and had a 30-minute panel interview with all the leads and manager.
