The questions were very general and easy to answer. My background covered most, and I found it to be rather relaxed and enjoyable. I was interviewed individually by a couple of people, then met with the manager for about a minute. I had applied for the front end assistant position, but ultimately landed in another.

3 different interviews with different managers process took a while but actual interviews were quick and easy. Did have to call and follow up a lot in order to keep the process moving.
Pretty standard process, arrive at store location and interview with hiring manager. Manager was prompt and knowledgeable, thanked me for being on time. Asked good questions and gave me room to answer sufficiently.

How would you rlassess your ability to deal with sudden changes in workflow necessity?
Received a call for an interview with 1 person first and then a 2nd with 2 managers. Quick process applied and hired within 2 weeks. Was provided a summary of work schedule and job duties and expectations. We sat in the optical department tables.
