First a cover letter, then they sent over a written assessment which involved critically reviewing a paper. This lead to an invitation to interview which was half an hour with two consultants followed by a 45 minute proof reading exercise.

First submitted CV + Cover Letter. Then had an exercise to review a scientific paper and write down my thoughts on it. Then had an interview with two employees, which also contained a proofreading exercise.
