I was contacted by a recruiter who presented my cv to them. Then I did a quick call with HR followed by another interview with the engineering manager. I got a home assignment to do within 7 days. The test is simple but I tried to invest more time on it by adding tests for BE and FE. Create services and so on. I spend 48h full-time working on the project and I answered some verbal questions. I got rejection after 2 days through the recruiter. They don't even take the time to send me a decent email. JUST RESPECT OTHERS EFFORTS AND TIME AND REPLY TO THEM. Whatever the decisions you take, give people a couple of minutes to explain your decision. Your time is not more precious than ours.

Spanned about 3 weeks: Multiple interviews (HR, developers, managers. PM, CTO) Remote Coding Challenge Live Coding Interview Overall was a good experience. Received an offer after the whole interview process ended and started exchanging e-mails with HR to get started.
