Applied to the online job posting. Received a call within 2 days to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was followed by face-to-face interview with existing Account Executives as well as the CMO.

it was pretty easy seeing as how they just look at your resume & say come on in start working. the process took only 2 days for me to come in & start working. just be prepared to ask other for help if you do not know something.
