First I had a telephonic interview, interviewer was nice and communicating good, we had good discussion. After few days they have scheduled second round telephonic interview. The interviewer was very mean, laughing at me because I didn't use some of c++/stl concepts in my experience. I told him clearly that I worked at storage low level products which doesn't need to use them. He was making weird comments, laughing at me and blaming me for not knowing/using them. Instead of progressing further with more questions, he was repeatedly saying same thing again and again and insulting me for not using them. It was very painful interview I had in my 12 years of experience in software industry, never came across such interviewers. The interviewer behaviour reflects company culture and their behaviour with their colleagues. Though I was very interested in their nosql development, after facing this interview I am decided not work with such people.
