Entrevista
Underwent 6 interviews (seven, including an initial exploratory conversation). Introduced to several members of the team - most of whom had not been briefed on my profile or previous conversations, so covered the same ground 3x. Will note - each of them were thoughtful, diligent professionals who seemed very happy in their roles and to enjoy working at CP. After the first interview, was invited to meet the CEO and other members of the team in office that next week with the plan to schedule it after ascertaining his diary - never received any follow up to schedule the meeting. Had to follow up several times (over a period of weeks) with the point of contact to receive any sort of follow up and engagement in next steps. After finally meeting the CEO and other members of the team in office, never received any feedback or follow up on my candidacy. Very negative interview experience overall, due in part to the point of contact and a values misalignment.

Entrevista
4 rounds of interviews with different employees from research analysts (general questions about job day to day), consultants (report to them), partners (corporate values, etc). They ask about your skills, motivations, expectations, how much you know about the company, etc
Diligent, detailed, and well-structured. Carefully assessing the cultural fit while checking on the capability set and relevant past experience. Amazing team! You can catch cues related to the shared values, leadership styles, preferred communication, and approach, etc. Engaging and motivating discussions overall.

Questions about my approach to particular challenging client and search settings. What would be alternative solutions, etc. Asking for past experiences, but also providing hypothetical scenarios to assess the thinking pattern, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
