Entrevista
I heard about Counterpoint at an on-campus career fair and applied through Handshake. Then I was chosen for an on-campus interview and was then selected for the second round of interviews at the company office. The first interview was about 30 minutes long and the on-site interview consisted of 3 interviews back-to-back, 30 minutes each.

Entrevista
Started off with a screening call with the recruiter, had two follow-up technicals, and then a final round of 3 back-to-back technicals and behaviorals. Interviewer difficulty varied, but all were pretty nice in correcting mistakes and seemed like they genuinely wanted you to succeed.

Entrevista
The first round was a call with HR. About 15 minutes -- nothing special there. Regular questions and answers. She was nice and helpful throughout the whole interview process though.
The second round was technical screening -- a 30 minutes call with one of the developers. The guy was very polite and told me about the culture and how it was to work at the company. Seems like he enjoyed it there.
The third round was onsite. Three interviews back to back 30 minutes each. All of the interviewers were polite and patient.
It was my very first interview for a developer job. I got a rejection email a few days after my on-site. Mostly it was my fault because I did not spend enough time to prepare for it. Good experience for future interviews!
