First you need to answer some questions on line. If you pass, you move to a written test. The test consists of 4 parts, english (grammer), math, customer service, and morals. From there you move to the first round of generic interviews which last 15 minutes. It seems that if your over qualified, you wont get past the interview. Being an engineer, i was tired of my stressful job and wanted a more routine job with a pension. Guess they dont like that someone will leave and prefers someone with little experience so the senior levels dont feel threatened.
