What manager did you like the least & why. Are there any personalities you don't get along with well? What was the most difficult work Situation you faced & how did you overcome it? How would you describe yourself? Then you meet with an employer psychologist and go through a battery of IQ & personality testing. I am very smart & very normal, and they cut me after the testing. No idea what they are looking for. If they want analyst level smarts for administrative positions, it may take them a while to staff.
