However, had pretty bad experience talking to one of the co-founders during compensation discussion. They didn't want to rollout an offer but wanted me to start exit process after getting an email confirmation. And he even negotiated from my expected amount which I had initially stated during the screening call. Basically they want the candidate to take all the risk.
