Well at first i thought it was a box standard professional interview and couldn't fault it. The interview started 45 minute late for unknown reasons to me but i let that go. Interview was fine really but I was then given a technical test at the end and an hour to complete it and someone would come back at the end. I turned my phone off for the test for obvious reasons. Anyway a long amount of time went by doing the test and i wasn't sure of the time so i kept checking my answers. But It go to the point where i knew it had been at least 1h 45-2 hours Then a cleaner comes in to tell me everyone has come home. I walkout the meeting room to find empty desks everywhere and basically realise they just went home and didn't even come in to end the test or interview. I left my test on the desk unsure of what to do with it and went home. I never even heard back from the interview or anything. No rejection. No feedback. Nothing After the way i was just abondened i was truly not bothered about the job. But just found the whole experience pretty poor

Around 45-60min talking about your career history, reasons for leaving old job etc. Quite informal and a bit unprofessional tbh. Didn't really delve deep enough to get a picture of my experience. Followed by silly cliche interview questions.
