The interview process was very simple, I went in and the manager asked me a couple basic questions like why I wanted to work for that company and how I found out about the position. I knew a friend that worked there and recommended me for the position.

A couple easy questions. They asked very easy questions and it seemed like they would hire anyone since they were always short on staff. You were almost guaranteed to be hired if you applied.
