Very short on the phone interview. Didn’t ask questions out of the ordinary. Same questions most trucking recruiters tend to ask. Just answer all questions honestly and things will be ok. You will be asked to fill out additional paperwork to receive an actual offer

No interview. If you have your CDL and pass a drug test, you’re hired. It’s more than clear seeming some of the drivers they hire that you run into at the terminals.

Telephone recruiter wasn't completely truthful. Seemed to just want to get CDL holders into orientation. My partner was sent home on day two because of a prior medical issue that could have been delt with ahead of time
