Don't keep your hopes up. These people are not hiring. You will go through the whole process only to be told they went with another candidate, even though the job offer has been posted for months, and it will continue.
If a company cannot find the perfect candidate at a time when the pool of available talent is at its highest, they are either not hiring or completely incompetent.
