Very straightforward until meeting with the recruiter. They didn't know details about the role and it ended up changing locations after initially being fully remote. The company LinkedIn had some questionable comments on it saying the company was a scam, so wasn't sure what to expect.

Entrevista
The interview process consists of multiple rounds with different stakeholders to assess both technical and cultural fit. There is also a conversation with a randomly selected person from the company to provide additional perspective on collaboration and team alignment.
