I had 4 interviews: 2 phone and 2 in the office. They are very thorough and really want to know if you'll be a great fit. They were very professional and friendly. I was able to meet a lot of people and they helped me to understand how CMM works and what they expected from me.

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
