Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 5 meses. Fui entrevistado pela CoverMyMeds (Columbus, OH) em jul. de 2015
Entrevista
I initially made contact with the company at a recruiting event on campus in April. The person I spoke to was very interested in me and actually asked me to send in my resume. This was followed by a casual phone interview where I was told I would be called back in July. When I had not heard anything by the third week in July, I called in and had another casual phone interview, where I was told I would be brought in to have an in person interview. I had to take a personality assessment online prior to the interview. Upon arriving, I met a recruiter, followed by another test/assessment that involved logic and problem solving/basic math. I then met with the director of operations, and then a person who would be working in my department. Both of them interviewed me separately, and both told me I would hear back from them within a week. Everyone was very polite and cordial, and the interview was fair in the questions it asked. That being said, I had not heard anything after two weeks, and had to call in again in order to find out I didn't get the job. I understand that this company is very sought after as far as people wanting to work there, and the employers want to be sure that they have a perfect fit in regards to new candidates. That being said, it was incredibly frustrating to have to continue calling back to move forward, even though the people I spoke with kept saying positive things about meeting me and moving forward with the interview process. Communication could have been much, much better from a company that is held in such high regard by the staff and prospective employees. I frankly found it rude that I had to call back as much as I did.
