Interviewed with the recruiter, hiring manager, the team, and the hiring manager again. Was initially ghosted by the recruiter, Michael, but after multiple weeks and many follow ups, I heard back and that my application was moving forward. Met with the hiring manager, which I thought went well. Met with key members of the team, which I also thought went well. Met with the hiring manager to discuss additional questions and next steps. I left for an extended PTO, and was completely ghosted, without even an automated email letting me know that I was no longer in the running. I'd love feedback on how I could have improved or done something different. Marking difficult as the recruiter was extremely difficult to get a hold of and unresponsive at times.
