First they'll send you an e-mail to arrange a time for a brief phone interview. The phone interview was simple, asking about your credentials, how you found out about them, and described the position. After that you take a few online assessments and schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview included a tour of the office and then two separate interviews with two different people. The environment where the in-person interview was kind of awkward and depressing, they put you in a small conference room with no natural light and left you waiting until they approach you. I personally believe I do better interviews when they're the ones waiting in the room, but I understand that they're busy. They were very friendly and informative, but asked a lot of tough questions about your qualifications, even though the original job post only asked for a college degree and preferred customer service experience. Overall it's a great company and was a great experience, I was very disappointed that I didn't get an offer for I think it would have been a great place to work.
