CoverMyMeds has a very thorough interview process and everyone I spoke with has been very kind. I applied online and received an email from a technical recruiter days later to set up a 30 min phone interview. The interview was a basic screening, going over my resume and experience and making sure I had the relevant technical experience.
Next was a panel interview with 3 managers. Again, they were all very kind and very knowledgeable about the business. This interview went into a bit more detail about my previous experiences.
The next week, I had a project day which involved working with some sample data and giving a presentation to several team members. I got to analyze some data and bring up anything I thought the business might want to know as well as build a year's forecast based on historical data. The whole day was really quite fun.
On the project day, while I was waiting for my interviewer, I noticed the CEO walking by. I ended up introducing myself and he actually took some time to talk to me and find out a bit about me. I was very impressed by the overall culture of the business.
Since the project day, I was asked for three references and I am now waiting and hoping to hear some good news.
Overall, it's a great experience and a challenging and fun interview process. Also the frequent communication from their recruits has been very much appreciated.
