Typical HR-initiated interviews. One short conversation with the HR "gate keeper" asking typical HR questions. The next round was were the problems lie. After many weeks without feedback on the initial recruiter conversation, I was asked to talk with a Director. So a week later, I had a conversation with a guy who looked ot be talking to me on his mother's living room couch, with his laptop balancing on his knees bouncing all over the place. He'd never seen my resume, and had no prepared questions. He was obviously not interested in talking with me. Not surprisingly two weeks later I received the HR "blowoff" email. I just wish they had better processes in place for hiring and would at least have the common courtesy to respect others' time.
