It was a group interview, lasted for a day. We were told that hiring decision was made at the end of the day. There were an out 10-15 hiring managers/staffs and hr personnel present at the interview room. They did individual interview, presentation, group presentation and sales tests with about 10 candidates. Four positions were opened at that time. The whole process was very tense and atmosphere was very competitive.
